Vanilla Custard Dessert

Smooth and comforting classic custard.

  • 2 cups milk
  • 4 egg yolks
  • 1/3 cup sugar
  • 2 tsp vanilla
  • 2 tbsp cornstarch
  1. Heat milk until steaming. Whisk yolks, sugar, vanilla, cornstarch. Pour hot milk into yolk mixture; return to pan. Cook on medium, stirring, until thick. Chill and serve.
  • Do not boil or custard may curdle.
