Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon

Light and flavorful grilled salmon with fresh herbs and lemon.

  • 2 salmon fillets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Juice of 1 lemon
  • 1 tsp dried dill or fresh parsley
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Marinate salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper for 15–20 minutes.
  2. Preheat grill or skillet.
  3. Cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.
  4. Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
  • Use fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
  • Add a lemon slice on top while serving.
