Lemon Herb Grilled Salmon
Light and flavorful grilled salmon with fresh herbs and lemon.
- 2 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Juice of 1 lemon
- 1 tsp dried dill or fresh parsley
- Salt and pepper
- Marinate salmon with olive oil, lemon juice, dill, salt, and pepper for 15–20 minutes.
- Preheat grill or skillet.
- Cook salmon 4–5 minutes per side until flaky.
- Serve with steamed vegetables or salad.
- Use fresh herbs like thyme or rosemary.
- Add a lemon slice on top while serving.
