Honey Glazed Carrots
Sweet roasted carrots with herbs, perfect as a side dish for any meal.
- 500g carrots, peeled and sliced
- 2 tbsp honey
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Toss carrots with honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on a baking sheet; roast 20–25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
- Serve warm.
- Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for flavor.
- Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
