Honey Glazed Carrots

Sweet roasted carrots with herbs, perfect as a side dish for any meal.

  • 500g carrots, peeled and sliced
  • 2 tbsp honey
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp thyme
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
  2. Toss carrots with honey, olive oil, thyme, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on a baking sheet; roast 20–25 minutes until tender and caramelized.
  4. Serve warm.
  • Add a pinch of cinnamon or nutmeg for flavor.
  • Sprinkle sesame seeds before serving.
