Garlic Roasted Potatoes
Crispy seasoned roasted potatoes, perfect for a family dinner.
- 500g baby potatoes, halved
- 3 tbsp olive oil
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 tsp rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
- Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread on baking sheet; roast 25–30 minutes until golden.
- Serve hot as a side dish.
- Add paprika or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
- Serve with ketchup, aioli, or yogurt dip.
