Garlic Roasted Potatoes

Crispy seasoned roasted potatoes, perfect for a family dinner.

  • 500g baby potatoes, halved
  • 3 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 tsp rosemary
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  1. Preheat oven to 200°C / 400°F.
  2. Toss potatoes with olive oil, garlic, rosemary, salt, and pepper.
  3. Spread on baking sheet; roast 25–30 minutes until golden.
  4. Serve hot as a side dish.
  • Add paprika or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
  • Serve with ketchup, aioli, or yogurt dip.
