Creamy Mushroom Pasta
Pasta tossed in a velvety creamy mushroom sauce.
- 300g pasta
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 cups sliced mushrooms
- 3 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, parsley
- Cook pasta per package instructions; drain.
- Heat olive oil; sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
- Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer 3–4 minutes.
- Toss pasta in sauce; garnish with parsley.
- Serve warm.
- Add spinach or peas for color.
- Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
