Creamy Mushroom Pasta

Pasta tossed in a velvety creamy mushroom sauce.

  • 300g pasta
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 cups sliced mushrooms
  • 3 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper, parsley
  1. Cook pasta per package instructions; drain.
  2. Heat olive oil; sauté garlic and mushrooms until tender.
  3. Add cream, Parmesan, salt, and pepper; simmer 3–4 minutes.
  4. Toss pasta in sauce; garnish with parsley.
  5. Serve warm.
  • Add spinach or peas for color.
  • Use gluten-free pasta if needed.
