Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken
Tender chicken cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce.
- 4 chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 4 garlic cloves, minced
- 1 cup heavy cream
- ½ cup chicken broth
- ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- Salt, pepper, thyme to taste
- Heat olive oil in skillet; sear chicken breasts until golden. Remove.
- In same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
- Add chicken broth and cream; simmer 2–3 minutes.
- Stir in Parmesan and thyme.
- Return chicken to skillet; coat with sauce and cook 5 minutes until done.
- Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
- Add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce.
- Serve over pasta for creamy chicken pasta.
