Creamy Garlic Butter Chicken

Tender chicken cooked in a rich garlic cream sauce.

  • 4 chicken breasts
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 4 garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • ½ cup chicken broth
  • ¼ cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • Salt, pepper, thyme to taste
  1. Heat olive oil in skillet; sear chicken breasts until golden. Remove.
  2. In same skillet, sauté garlic until fragrant.
  3. Add chicken broth and cream; simmer 2–3 minutes.
  4. Stir in Parmesan and thyme.
  5. Return chicken to skillet; coat with sauce and cook 5 minutes until done.
  6. Serve with mashed potatoes or rice.
  • Add spinach or mushrooms to the sauce.
  • Serve over pasta for creamy chicken pasta.
