Chocolate Lava Cake
Warm chocolate cake with molten center.
- 100g dark chocolate
- 100g butter
- 2 eggs
- 2 egg yolks
- 50g sugar
- 30g flour
- Pinch salt
- Melt chocolate and butter; let cool slightly.
- Whisk eggs, yolks, sugar; fold in chocolate, then flour and salt.
- Pour into greased ramekins; bake 12–14 min at 200°C until edges set, center soft.
- Serve warm with ice cream.
- Do not overbake or center will set.
- Use good-quality dark chocolate.
