Chocolate Lava Cake

Warm chocolate cake with molten center.

  • 100g dark chocolate
  • 100g butter
  • 2 eggs
  • 2 egg yolks
  • 50g sugar
  • 30g flour
  • Pinch salt
  1. Melt chocolate and butter; let cool slightly.
  2. Whisk eggs, yolks, sugar; fold in chocolate, then flour and salt.
  3. Pour into greased ramekins; bake 12–14 min at 200°C until edges set, center soft.
  4. Serve warm with ice cream.
  • Do not overbake or center will set.
  • Use good-quality dark chocolate.
