Caprese Salad

Simple Italian salad with tomato, mozzarella, fresh basil, and olive oil.

  • 2 large tomatoes, sliced
  • 200g fresh mozzarella, sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and pepper
  1. Arrange tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a plate.
  2. Tuck basil leaves between slices.
  3. Drizzle olive oil; season with salt and pepper.
  4. Serve immediately.
  • Add balsamic glaze for extra flavor.
  • Use heirloom tomatoes for colorful presentation.
