Berry Yogurt Parfait

Layers of creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and granola for a quick healthy breakfast.

  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
  • ¼ cup granola
  • 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
  • Mint leaves for garnish
  1. Layer yogurt, berries, and granola in glasses.
  2. Repeat layers until glass is full.
  3. Drizzle honey on top and garnish with mint.
  4. Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes.
