Berry Yogurt Parfait
Layers of creamy yogurt, fresh berries, and granola for a quick healthy breakfast.
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- ½ cup mixed berries (strawberries, blueberries, raspberries)
- ¼ cup granola
- 1 tbsp honey or maple syrup
- Mint leaves for garnish
- Layer yogurt, berries, and granola in glasses.
- Repeat layers until glass is full.
- Drizzle honey on top and garnish with mint.
- Serve immediately or chill for 10 minutes.
