Avocado Toast Deluxe

Whole-grain toast topped with creamy avocado and perfectly cooked eggs.

  • 2 slices whole-grain bread
  • 1 ripe avocado
  • 2 eggs
  • ½ lemon, juiced
  • Salt & pepper to taste
  • Chili flakes (optional)
  • Olive oil
  1. Toast the bread until golden.
  2. Mash avocado with lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
  3. Cook eggs to your preference (poached, scrambled, or fried).
  4. Spread avocado on toast, top with eggs.
  5. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle chili flakes if desired.
